Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely
Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the shipping carton.

Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
